THE CHEMISTRY DEPARTMENT

The chemistry lab, which is a subdivision of the general chemistry department, is the branch giving education and training on Paint Production and Application, Rubber Production, Petrol-Refinery, Petrol-Petrochemistry, Leather Processing and Process areas.

What do we study under the roof of chemistry?

Chemistry Lab and Process

 The most important subjects that the chemistry students study are "Fundamentals of Chemistry, Qualitative Analysis, Quantitative Analysis, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry and Industrial Quantitative Analysis.

These classes prepare our students for further and higher education and when they succeed in the official university entrance test, they can continue their education in the related branches of BA degrees and college programmes after graduation. When the chemistry students of the colleges graduate, they can move on to a BA degree by taking the vertical transfer exam.

After Graduation

The Chemistry Lab and Process Technicians can be recruited in the food, sugar, textile/ industrial& technical textile, refinery and rubber industry besides  petrochemistry, cement, automotive, ceramics, glass, metal, fertilizer, plastic, energy, mining, detergent and cosmetics industry.

Petrochemistry and refinery technicians can work in the production phase for the petrochemistry companies  and similarly paint production technicians can serve in any company that deals with paint production and application.

 Rubber Production Technicians can serve within the automotive industry, factories and workshops manifacturing all kinds of rubber and plastic  stuff such as vehicle and aircraft rubber, mudguard rubber, interior trim rubber, gumshoe and plastic shoe rubber, strap and hose besides AR-GE laboratories. Leather production technicians.

Leather Production Technicians can serve in raw leather warehouses, institutions trading chemichal substances and AR-GE laboratories.
